Trudy Hoff became a REALTOR® in 1981. She is in the top 1% of REALTORS® in the Hampton Roads Realtors Association (HRRA).

Trudy is a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). In addition, she has earned the Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR) and the Senior Real Estate Specialists (SRES) designations. She is a member of the Re/Max Platinum Club, the Re/Max Hall of Fame, and the Million Dollar Sales Club. She is a recipient of the Gold Award & Sales Achievement Award from the Hampton Roads Realtors Association. She has been listed in the Who’s Who In North American Realtors”. Prior to Real Estate, Trudy was a Third Grade Teacher, an Airline Consultant, a Tax Advisor, and a Furniture Store Manager. Each avenue of success has prepared her for the diversity of knowledge required of a REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL: finance, management, organization, multitasking, and IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Her husband, Mick, a RETIRED NAVY CAPTAIN, joined her in real estate in 1995. Thus THE HOFF TEAM was formed. “TWO FOR THE PRICE OF ONE!” They are CO-OWNERS of Re/Max Alliance, American Home Title, and Regional First Mortgage—truly a premier FULL SERVICE REAL ESTATE Team.

Mick served 27 years as a Civil Engineer Corp (CEC) Officer involved with construction, maintenance, & military housing. He has taught and implemented TQM (Total Quality Management) at various military commands but states that he “has learned more over the years from Trudy about what real customer service and satisfaction are...than from all the TQM courses.”

Trudy and Mick’s real estate success has allowed them the opportunity to give back to the community that supports them. They are business partners with the Children’s Miracle Network: a contribution from every sale is directed to the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk. In addition, the Hoff Team donates their time. Mick is Santa Claus—alongside Trudy as Mrs. Claus, and the rest of the team as Elves—each Christmas for the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters. The team also volunteers to answer phones during the Children’s Miracle Network Telethon each year.

The BACKBONE of their business is referrals from satisfied customers and clients. They do absolutely everything to ensure that each and every transaction is smooth and pleasant.

After 27 years in the military, Trudy & Mick know about the stress, pressure, and concern of relocating. THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE—efficiently & effectively—to meet each customer’s needs!

SaBrina has been the Listing & Closing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant with the Hoff Team since the spring of 2007. She assists buyers and sellers with making sure that their transactions are completed in a stress free environment. SaBrina’s exceptional customer service skills make her a significant part of our team. She strives to keep the team up to date with the latest technology. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University in 2007.

SaBrina is newly married and resides in Virginia Beach with her husband. She enjoys playing recreational sports and spending time with family and friends. SaBrina’s father is retired military and her sister is actively serving our country.



Kathleen—Trudy and Mick’s one and only child—has been an active member of the team on and off since 2002. Kathleen grew up in the real estate business, and she witnessed first-hand the birth of Re/max Alliance. She acquired her Real Estate License in 2003, received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in 2006, and returned home to be close to her parents. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist.

Kathleen keeps the Hoff Team running smoothly—answering calls, scheduling appointments, tying up loose ends, and ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.



Kimberly has been the Property Manager Coordinator with the Hoff Team since June 1998. In 2000 she became a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), serving as the chapter secretary since 2006. Kimberly was awarded the Certified Support Specialist (CSS) designation at the 2008 NARPM convention. Her organizational skills and her attention to detail are an invaluable asset to the Hoff Team. Her commitment to continuing education supports the high ethical standards the Hoff Team strives to maintain.

Kimberly resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, a U.S. Navy Senior Chief, their two sons and the company of their two puppies and cat. They are avid Harley Davidson fans. Today they enjoy outdoor activities at their lake house in North Carolina and spending time with family and friends.
