SRES is a new designation for Realtors. It requires special real estate classes and experience in buying and selling for mature markets. The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council recognizes the special issues and needs of senior property owners.
As a SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialists) we council seniors to make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying or selling rental property, or managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate. We have developed a resource team of lawyers, financial planners, tax consultants, reverse mortgage officers, eldercare experts and others. each of whom can advise and offer solutions and answers to difficult questions. We act as a team to facilitate the best solutions for the senior citizen. Our goal is to build a lifetime relationship based on trust.
We have also built a resource team to assist in practical matters...getting a house ready to sell or moving to a new location. This team of carpet cleaners, house cleaners, movers, plumbers, handymen, etc. offer senior discounts and reliable service.
We believe in hard work and teamwork and that becoming your full service Real Estate Consultant with your best interest at heart is our goal. We believe our handshake and our Word is sacred. If selling your home is not in your best interest, we'll tell you. Our successful real estate career has prepared us to deal wisely with senior issues.
If you are thinking of making a difficult Real Estate decision...Should I sell my house? Should I refinance? Is a condo the right move? What can I do with my belongings? Am I ready for a retirement home? Should I live with my children?. Leave the worry to us. We will council with confidence and respect...look at all the options. With good advice and guidance, the correct decisions will follow.
